ADMISSION

 


Scranton Preparatory School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and grant-in-aid programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Applicants must have completed successfully the eighth grade of elementary school or its equivalent.

Candidates for admission to the freshman class must pass the Scholarship-Entrance Examination in arithmetic and English. They must also be interviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Entrance Exam Date: Saturday, December 3, 2011.


TRANSFER OF STUDENTS
Acceptance of students into the sophomore class will be considered upon fulfillment of the following requirements:
1.   Previous course of studies must be approved by the Principal.
2.   Presentation of a transcript of completed studies and a letter of recommendation from the Principal of the school from which transfer is requested.
3.   A personal interview with the Principal.
